Abstract:
     The present invention provides a horizontal continuously-casting method for lining board of grinder. Its technological process is that the melted iron smelted by cupola furnace, is run into electric furnace to heat, then is run into a spheroidizing ladle for spheroidizing treatment, then is run into a holding furnace of a continuously casting line, and is cooled by graphite crystallizer, and then the lining board section material is continuously drawn out by drawing machine, and further the section material is passed through the procedures of cutting and heat treatment, the invented product can be made up. Its lining board material uses austenite-bainite nodular graphite cast iron, also can use other wear-resistant material. Said lining board can be installed on the grinder by using boltless assembling mode.
