Abstract:
     The present invention belongs to the field of milling technology and provides a method for raising mill-efficieny by changing rotation speed. It uses a corresponding relationship of rotating speed ratio and time ratio to represent its sectional rotating speed changing regularity. The rotating speed ratios of starting section, mixing-homogenizing section, impact-pulverizing section, impact-grinding section and grinding section respectively are 0.16-0.87, 0.67-1,10, 0.90-1.35, 0.67-1.21 and 0.54-1.00, and their time ratios respectively are 0.10%-0.50%, 0.50%-8.30%, 8.30%-21,88%, 14.70%-29.17% and 50.00-67.60%.
