Abstract:
     The invention provides a method for large area production of green foodstuff watermelon by using booth comprising, selecting land far from contamination source with area greater than 66.7 square hm as place of production, within 100m of which no melon crops are planted, maintaining relatively stabilized variety as well as other mating varieties, cultivating strong sprouts for 30 days, when the temperature of the 10cm deep soil reaches above 12-13 deg. C, and the lowest temperature in the booth reaches 9-10 deg. C, thin planting them into booths of integrated fertilizer application, carrying out right amount dressing fertilizer and pest prevention, collecting when ripe, stopping watering 5-8 days before harvesting.
