Abstract:
    In one embodiment, a method for making an array plate and an array plate thereof are provided. The method comprises: a)providing a main body containing a plurality of cavities with two opening ends, one of which has a groove; b)providing a wafer having a plurality of arrays on the surface thereof; c)applying adhesive to the groove of the main body; d)aligning the main body to the wafer and arranging the cavities onto the wafer, wherein the cavity surrounds and closes an array; and e)connecting the wafer to the main body and forming micropores. In another embodiment, a method for making an array plate and an array plate thereof are provided. The method comprises: a)providing a main body containing a plurality of cavities with two opening ends where micropore wall is formed; b)providing a wafer having a plurality of arrays on the surface thereof; c)providing a pressing plate; d)aligning the main body to the wafer and arranging the cavities onto the wafer, wherein the cavity surrounds and closes an array; e)connecting the wafer to the main body by using the pressing plate; and f)connecting the pressing plate to the main body on the outer periphery of the wafer.
