Abstract:
     A clean room used for analysis of trace amount element and isotope is a positive pressure area, its piping structure is formed as the follows, all air entering into superclean area is passed through with three-stages of filters set on the piping, rough effect filter and medium effect filter are set on air inlet piping then air is sent to static pressure box in each room through main pipe, finally it is transmitted into room through high effect filter as air returning outlet is set in the room. The present invention provides a clean room with large area where dust number contained in air of cubic foot is less or equal to 0.5 micron m.
