Abstract:
    The invention relates to a quantitatively liquid extraction device which comprises a driven device inside of which has an overhanging cylinder rod, a pad whose top is connected with the said driven device and bottom has an inner edge, a connecting rod whose top is connected with cylinder rod and inserted into the pad, a needle cylinder with a through-hole at the bottom whose top outer edge is slip arranged on the pad and the diameter of lower outer edge is a little smaller than inner edge, a liquid absorbing cylinder with one end connecting with link rod, while the other end slip positing inside the said needle cylinder, a spring with its covering positing on the upper part of the liquid absorbing cylinder and one end fixing on the link rod, while the other end fixing on the needle cylinder, a funnel neck type needle whose fixed end has a groove which can be arranged on the bottom of needle cylinder.
