Abstract:
     The invention relates to a method and device for chemical or biological analysis by a sensor provided with a monolithic chamber in the form of a multi-microtubular sheaf and a lateral integration measuring transducer. The aim of said invention is to improve an usual method for a sensor evaluation of an analyte (A) concentration in a fluid sample (F) consisting in multi-canalising in parallel the fluid sample (f) fraction through channels (ck) of a monolithic reaction chamber (Cre) embodied in the form of a multi-micro-tubular sheaf, in positioning a transducer (T) system fully outside the surface of the shell (Sev) of said reaction chamber and strictly in front of the lateral face (slat) thereof, in carrying out an integral measurement of signals generated by the analyte (A) combination and a receiver (R), which is also arranged in the reaction chamber, by means of a lateral transducer (T) system coevally in all channels (ck) of the reaction chamber (Cre) in such a way that the presence of the analyte (A) in all channels (ck) of the reaction chamber (Cre) is simultaneously and globally quantified.
