| The invention relates to a kind of printing method for the calibration of the glass suction pipe. The method includes the steps as follows: (1) suck the known-volume solution with the suction pipe in the ordinary temperature, and define more than a couple of calibration datum point containing the measuring range of each suction pipe; (2) centralize the suction with the same datum point, in order to divide the suction pipe into several groups; (3) after selecting a pipe in each groups, separate the interval between the datum points of the suction pipe with the volume equidistantly and evenly, so that get the suction pipe with the accurate calibration; (4) make the suction pipe calibration separated precisely have the plate-making, and assure each group of the pipe have one plate-making, and then print the different groups of plate-making into the corresponding surface of the suction pipe; (5) bake the suction pipe printed with the calibration in high temperature, in order to make the coloring material absorb on the surface of the suction pipe firmly. The invention can improve the working efficiency greatly. It can print the artistic calibration, and can relatively decline the dependence to the operators, so that it can improve the accuracy of the measurement, and especially apply for the printing of the suction pipe calibration in enormous quantities. | |||
