Abstract:
     The present invention is the breeding method of drought-resisting polyploid sedum lineare thunb herb, and aims at raising the growth amount of sedum lineare thunb for city greening. The technological scheme includes mainly screening from wild sedum lineare thunb the plants with high resistance and strong growth potential, collecting the seeds, planting artificially and further screening the seeds; radiating the gathered seeds with ion beam for inducing mutation to generate practical variety with special characteristics of high drought resistance and strong growth potential; artificially planting to screen seeds. The screened seeds are used in greening roof and ground.
