Abstract:
    The objective of the present invention is to provide a production process for brassiere pads that are wholly soft and readily adaptable to the body without compression the peripherial sides of the brassiere pads, when the pads are formed and has light weight and good air permeability. Means to achieve the objective of the present invention: A column or block of foamed polyurethane material is formed to an almost cone-shaped body that has an arc-shaped bulge on the outer peripheral face, the scooped depression inside in a certain wall thickness. The cone- shaped polyurethane material 4 is nipped with a couple of the molds , namely one mold plate that has a depression almost corresponding to the conical pad shape and the other mold plate having the projection coinciding to the depression on the opposite part so that the nipped polyurethane plate is deformed along the molding plate . The cone-shaped polyurethane body 4 is separated into the upper part and the lower one with a blade 9 between a couple of molding plate and the upper side having an almost cone shape is used as a brassiere pad having a uniform density as a whole.
