Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a load type laminate zirconium sulfate catalyst and its application for preparing fatty alcohol ether acetate. The basic composition of said invented catalyst contains the carriers of ZrO2, gamma-Al2O3, TiO2, mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 and silica gel and laminate zirconium sulfate. Its preparation method is simple, can inhibit production of side reaction in the course of synthesizing fatty alcohol ether acetate, can raise selectivity of target product, shorten production period, reduce investment of production equipment, at the same time can prevent corrosion of production equipment, environmental pollution and high energy consumption, etc., so that it is suitable for industrial production.
