Abstract:
     The preparation process of beta-zeolite uses aluminium source, sodium source, tetraethyl ammonium cation, silica gel or/and silica sol and water as raw material, and includes the following steps: firstly, dissolving powdered aluminium source and sodium source in tetraethyl ammonium cation aqueous solution, then adding them into silica gel or/and silica sol, keeping basicity of reaction system and its SiO2 mole ratio of 0.1-0.6, and under the condition of 140-160 deg.c crystallizing reaction for 10-80 hr. so as to obtain the invented product with high degree of crystallinity and large grain diameter. Said process does not use chelating agent, its template agent and water consumption is less and its crystallizing time is short.
