Abstract:
     A catalytic process for preparing light olefin from low-carbon paraffin features that C4-C6 paraffin is contacted with high-Si zeolite catalyst at 450-580 deg.C and 5-300/hr of space speed. Said catalyst has five-membered ring structure, contains rare-earth and P, and has been modified by one element chosen from alkali metal, alkali-earth metal and transition metal in VIII family. Its advantages are low reaction temp, high space speed and high selectivity to light olefin.
