Abstract:
     A catalyst for hydrogenating the carbon-contained raw material to prepare low-boiling-point liquid hydrocarbon, its synthetic process and its application are disclosed. Said catalyst has high specific surface area higher than 100 sq.m/g, low granularity less than 50 angstoms and high catalytic activity, is synthesized by rapid deposition in the saturated aqueous solution of iron sulfate and iron alum, and uses phosphorus as co-catalyst. It is used in the form of wet cake or gel which is easily mixing with carbon-contained raw material (coal, heavy oil, waste plastic or their mixture), or in the form of dry fine particles after dried and calcined.
