Abstract:
     The activating method of inactive catalyst belongs to the field of plasma chemical technology, and is characterized by that after discharging treatment the high-activity matter in the non-equilibrium plasma reacts with metal compound inactive catalyst to be disassociated, then the permanent gas is introduced in to make it being oxidated or reducted so the catalyst is activated quickly under the condition of low-temp. of non-thermodynamic equilibrium. Said invented activating method possesses the advantages of low reaction temp, short treatment time, low energy consumption, good safety, complete thermal decomposition, easy-controlled crystallinity, fine grain, large specific surface, high catalytic activity and selectivity, and said catalyst does not produce agglomeration.
