Abstract:
     The present invention relates to an iron series chromium-free low-temp. CO conversion catalyst and its preparation method. It is characterized by that using ferric nitrate, ferrous nitrate, ammonia water and bismuth nitrate as raw material, through the processes of neutralization, precipitation, cooking and ageing, filtering and drying, adding the adjuvants of TiO2, MnO2, ZnO, CeO2, Al2O3, CuO and K2MnO7, etc., roasting and tabletting so as to obtain the invented catalyst with high low-temp. activity, wide active temp. range and good strength. As compared with existent industrial catalyst, its CO conversion rate can be raised by about 3% at 350 deg.C, and raised by about 4-5% at 325 deg.C, and said invented catalyst does not produce environmental pollution.
