Abstract:
    Provided is a disposable diaper wherein unnatural feeling is not felt during wearing it and a feces housing part whose mouth is hardly closed is formed at a liquid absorbing zone in a crotch area.In the disposable diaper 1A, the liquid absorbing zone 8 in the crotch area 6 includes first to fourth sites 14, 15, 16 and 17, the rigidity of the first and second sites 14 and 15 formed of front and rear sheets 2 and 3 is lower than that of the third and fourth sites 16 and 17 formed of the front and rear sheets 2 and 3 and a core 4, and an extensible elastic member 18 extending in a longitudinal direction is fitted to the fourth site 17 in an extensible manner. In this diaper 1A, a recessed part 19 (feces housing part) is formed in the liquid absorbing zone 8 of the crotch area 6 by the reduction of the fourth site 17 in the longitudinal direction by the reduction power of the elastic member 18.
