     A mattress or clothes for treating decubitus ulcer and skin disease comprising single-layer or multiple-layer articles, wherein the composition material contains additive with functional properties, which is selected from one or more from natural ore quartz, tourmaline, serpentine, and / or artificially synthesized pyroelectric crystal lithium niobate, lithium tantalite and lithium niobate potassium. The additive with functional properties is added into polypropylene fiber to obtain functional fiber, which is then used the first layer of mattress or clothes for contacting the skin.
