Abstract:
    A stretchable warp knitted fabric which is a 1x1 tricot having non-elastic yarns and elastic yarns knit in parallel and in which at least one of a non-elastic yarn and an elastic yarn at each needle is knit into a closed loop, a production method therefor, and a stretchable garment using the fabric as at least part thereof. Since a knitted fabric is cut and an edge as-cut can be used intact as the hem of a garment, a fashionable garment can be offered that requires simpler sewing, has a proper stretching feature for comfortably fitting to the body, is thin and beautiful at stitches, and does not permit the hem line of an underwear to appear to the outside through an outer garment.
