Abstract:
    An apparatus is proposed for mixing and processing free-flowing materials, especially moulding sand, having a cylindrical mixing vessel (1), the mixing vessel (1) including its bottom and cover being arranged so as to be stationary and one or more rotating whirler shafts (7) are provided which revolve in the vessel on a circular trajectory.
