Abstract:
     The present invention is suitable for the emulsification of mixed liquid, esp. of water-adding oil liquid. The emulsification processes include laminar mixing in mixer, turbulent mixing by means of oil pump compression, collision crushing by spraying, refraction and branching, and interflow stirring. Repeat of above-said processes under the condition of changed pressure, changed speed and unchanged temp. can result in emulsified liquid with 97% grains smaller than 5 microns and storage period of 7 months. The said mixer may be a draft one or a jetting one.
