Abstract:
    The invention relates to a method for treating a fluid mixture containing a liquid phase, in order to obtain a significant and fundamental change in properties, characterised in that all the constituents of the mixture are transformed into a state of high kinetic energy and exposed to intense acceleration, all the constituents of the mixture moving on a three-dimensional, closed, looped track. This state is maintained until quasi-steady conditions have been obtained, and the external action on the mixture is then terminated.
