Abstract:
     The appts. of the invention includes a cylindrical mixing device (I), a high temp. inner vessel (II),which fixes at the head of (I), on auxiliary ain preheater (III) and high temp. outer vessel (IV). The mxiing of fuel oils and water is carried out in (I), and a xompressed sir sprayed into the front of (I). The compressed air is injected rotarily through the amall holes on (II). The compressed air compresses rotarily the flane of the water-in-oil emulsion and keeps the flame in the combustion chamber. Fuels can be saved by micocracking of water droplats abd thermal decomposition fo the mixture, which proiduce hgih temp.gases.
