Abstract:
     The bending displacement (degree of bending) produced on the stirring shaft with blades results from the fluid force acted on the blades of stirring machine. The bending displacement which may influence the running of the stirring machine may be taken by measuring the displacement of a not-rotating part of the stirring machine. The not-rotating part is the gear box which constitutes the transmission of the stirring machine together with the driving electric motor. A sensor locates nearby the gear box and the output signal of the sensor will reflect the displacement of the outer surface of the gear box. After processing, the ouput signal may be used to control the electric motor and to reduce the speed of which, and thereby the acting force is reduced and the damage of the stirring shaft is prevented.
