Abstract:
     The invention relates to the method and equipment for mixing two kinds of liquid by means of constant-quantity pump in accordance with given proportion. The first liquid and second liquid are stored individually and both preserve given pressures. They are transfered to the suction inlet of the coustant-quanlity pump. The second liquid that has reached the pump is adjusted to a given amount by the flow meter so as to mix the first liquid and second liquid by a given proportion. This method is suitable for mixing various beverages. For this purpose, the vessel that holds the first liquid is evacuated so that the oxygen in the first liquid may be removed. Otherwise, pressurized absorption gas in infused into the first vessel so as to evacuate oxygen of the first liquid which absorbs gas simultaneously.
