    Mixing device for the blending of at least two liquid phases, containing a housing (1) with an inside diameter D, in which at least one agitator (2) is equipped with two to five segment shaped blades presenting a radius of curvature K, in which the circular area inside the housing (1), covered by the rotating agitators, has a diameter E, and in which K ranges from 0.10*D to 0.30*D, preferably from 0.125*D to 0.25*D, and E ranges from 0.35*D to 0.65*D, preferably from 0.45*D to 0.55*D.
