Abstract:
     The present invention relates to the design of vacuum vapourizing chamber made of Ti-steel composite plate for salt-making and is characterized by that the Ti-steel composite plate cylinder subjected to cold forming is assembly welded with conic sealing head with up-and-down 60 edge folds and up-and-down circulating pipe. The basic layer is subjected to manual electric arc welding and the coated layer is subjected to manual argon arc welding with tungsten electrode. The welded seam should be subjected to strict quality inspection. All connected pipes on the housing of vapourizing chamber made of Ti composite plate, inside of inlet, surface of flange and the jointing portion of pipe and container should be subjected to treatment preventing from galvanic etching and interstitial etching. The down circulating pipe is the large-sized connecting pipe to pass through the down conic sealing head. The local treatment should apply to the stress-concentrating portions and connecting edges.
