Abstract:
     The invention discloses a reboiler for high viscosity, high coagulating point and strong thermal sensitive material, which comprises a kettle and several heat exchanging tubes inside the kettle. Wherein, the top of kettle has a material inlet, a gas outlet and a manhole; the bottom has a material outlet and several material inlets. Since said invention arranges several material inlets at the bottom of kettle, and enlarges the center distance between the heat exchanging tubes, it can improve the cycle amount and flow-ability, shorten the time of materials inside the reboiler, reduce the thermal loss caused by overheat carbonization or expansion, confirm stable operation, prolong the operation period and reduce the producing cost, for the high viscosity, high coagulating point and strong thermal sensitive material.
