| The invention discloses a double-crystal monochromator T device and method of synchronous radiation fixing outlet in the synchronous radiation technique domain, which comprises the following parts: precise turntable base, precise turntable rotating disc, first crystal holder, first crystal, line platform slider, line platform base, little pulley, second crystal holder, second crystal and bearing slider. The method comprises the following steps: 1) when the incident angle θ changes, the reflecting mirror plane BB' parallels the reflecting mirror plane AA'; 2) the reflecting mirror plane BB' possesses translational freedom degree along ON direction; 3) when the incident angle θ changes, the intersection point P of reflecting mirror plane BB' the extended line and ON is confined on the line-segment CC'. | |||
