When a change of a current parameter set Paktis affirmed, a copy of the changed current parameter set paktis stored, the optimized parameter set Nr.k> is determined based on one or a plurality of stored copies PNr.k, and matched to the optimized parameter set Nr.k> which the standard parameter set Paktis optimized.
