Abstract:
    The utility model relates to an electrostatic discharge protector circuit. The electrostatic discharge protector circuit includes a diode string, whose anode is coupled with is coupled with to the first endpoint, it is provided with a forward voltage drop which is greater than or equal a first supply voltage ; an electrostatic charge cloud module is provided with at least one N type metal oxide field effect transistor, using for conducting the electrostatic charge from the diode string to a first share terminal, the first share terminal is coupled with a second supply voltage; a first diode anode is coupled with the first share terminal, the cathode is coupled with the first endpoint ; and a control module is used to control the electrostatic charge cloud module, when the control module makes the voltage of the first endpoint larger than the forward voltage drop, the electrostatic charge dissipate reaching through the first share terminal.
