Abstract:
    The invention relates to a portable static eliminator, formed by contactor, electric converter, high resistance and hand-held terminal. Wherein, user uses said contactor to contact the static object; the electric converter converts lots of static into non electric energy; and the left static via said high resistance is converted into micro current lower than several micro amperes; the micro current via the hand-held terminal passes user without sensitive feeding.
