Abstract:
    This invention discloses a static discharge protection circuit including: a first control circuit, a second control circuit and a static discharge circuit, in which, said two control circuits include multiple field effect transistors serial to each other orderly, said static discharge circuit includes at least a field effect transistor, and the grid of which is connected with the drains of the end field effect transistor of the first control circuit and the beginning transistor of the second control circuit, the source of the transistor is connected with the grid and source of the first control circuit, and the drain of which is connected with the grid and the drain of the end transistor of the second control circuit. This invention also provides a static discharge protection circuit used in LCD, which can reduce drain current.
