Abstract:
    The present invention relates to a protection circuit for electrostatic discharging which is applicable for rf internal circuit, the protection circuit comprises: at least one transmission line provided with nodes on both ends connecting in series between the connection pad and the rf internal circuit; a power track; and a ESD unit which including at least one electrostatic discharging unit coupled between the nodes and the power track; in the protection circuit, the electrostatic discharging unit adjacent to the connection pad is constructed to support a higher electrostatic discharging stress. The electrostatic discharging unit is applicable for discharging the electrostatic discharging current and for supplying the rf matching of the transmission line.
