Abstract:
     Near the belled mouth of reservoir culvert, vertical and horizontal electrodes are buried. Every three electrodes with different potential constitute one set and are triangularly arranged in double layers.One side of the triangle is in the outside layer and the third, high potential one, in the inside. Several sets are connected inversely to constitute stereo electrical screen covering the culvert. Owing to the wide action range of electric field and the enclosure of equipotential surface, the said screen can effectively intercept fishes.
