Abstract:
     High-voltage protecting network features use of rectified DC high-voltage network, serially connected limit resistor, parallelly connected capacitor, and voltage regulator to increasing the safety of electric network. Steady-state overcurrent and differential pulse are used for the detection of electric shock. There are three kinds of safe electric network: quick cutting off, slow cutting off and uninterruption after electric shock.
