| A double-station dynamic positioner of resonator lead wire strip comprises an upper cramping device(1), a lower cramping device(2), an upper mounting plate(3) and the lower mounting plate(12). The upper cramping device comprises an upper cover panel(7), an upper base plates(10), an upper X directional pneumatic slipway(8) and a top slide(9). The lower cramping device comprises a lower cover plate(15), a lower base plate(21), a zdirectional pneumatic slipway(16), a lower X directional slipway(17) and a lower slide(18). A resonator lead wire strip is placed on the upper base plate and the lower base plate, and be separately pressed by the upper cover panel and the lower cover plate. The upper cramping device is pushed by the upper synchronous belt and the upper X directional pneumatic slipway. The lower cramping device is pushed by the lower synchronous belt, the lower X directional pneumatic slipway and the Z directional pneumatic slipway. The upper synchronous belt and the lower synchronous belt is driven by a servomotor. Using the PLC to conduct data processing control can transports the every group of leading-wires in the resonator leading-wire band to conduct chip welding and mounting. The fix precision can reach to 0. 02 mm. | |||
