| A disk spring hold-down mechanism for gas triode installation concerns the critical component gas triode valve which is used for controllable cascade compensation apparatus in the electrical power system. The outline is made-up by two epoxy resin panels, head end flange and tail end flange; the spacer is fixed with tail end flange by bolt; from the tail end to the head end, the hold-down mechanism is installed with multi-group water-cooling radiators concatenating with each other, plate gas triode valve and apical press transition board; apical press component, composed of plain cushion, multi-disc disk spring, guide sleeve and apical press bolt, is installed outside the apical press transition board. By screwing the apical press bolt can cause the disk spring in the apical press component creating sufficient axial pressure to compact the multi-group plate gas triode and water-cooling radiator, and reduce contact thermal resistance and contact resistance between the plate gas triode and water-cooling radiator, so as to meet the installation requirement of the gas triode and reach a well radiation effect. | |||
