Abstract:
This invention relates to a method for manufacturing RF antennas by thermoprinting and mold- cutting characterizing: 1, the material as the RF antenna set up on the surface of an antenna load is composed of a conduction layer and a thermosol layer, 2, the antenna material is transferred onto the load surface of an antenna under the pressure and heat of a thermoprinting die, 3, the antenna material transferred onto the surface of the load is cut and separated by a cutting tool according to the requirement of patterns to form a basic pattern of RF antennas, sometimes when the design is complete and manufacturing technology can meet the requirement, the function of thermopriting and cutting can be combined on a same die.
