Abstract:
     The present invention features that the netted interwoven fibre formed by melting and spinning polypropylene at 60-180 deg. c is made to pass between two plate electrodes with 10-300 kv DC voltage across them and is cooled to normal temperature in the electric field of plate electrodes. The advantages of the present invention are that the positive and negative static electricity can trap the charged particles in fume and reduce the tar content in cigarette effectively.
