Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a high-speed opening machine for opening cigarette-filter fibre band. Said opening machine contains a pair of band material rollers, a pair of feeding rollers and an opening roller. Two pinch rollers are placed over the opening roller, and fallen into contact with the fibre band, and between the opening roller and band material rollers there is a preopening air knife formed from high-speed stream. The high-speed rotation of the band material rollers and feeding rollers can implement rapid conveying of the fibre band, and the opening roller is rotated at low speed, so that it can obtain good opening effect. Said opening machine is easy to manufacture, and can greatly reduce its cost.
