Abstract:
     The tangential separator assembly (1), for an air/tobacco flow (4), has an inflow channel (5) for it and at least one outflow (7) for separated tobacco (2) and at least one air outflow (8,8'). The air outflow is a pipe, ending within the tangential separator. The ends (10,10') of the air outflow pipes are chamfered for an asymmetrical air suction action.
