Abstract:
    The utility model relates to the technique field of tobacco machines, and primarily relates to a flexible blowing tobacco conveyor for the cigarette factory. It mainly comprises a columnar cavity allocating tobacco shreds, a head cover of allocating cavity, a blanking port equipped on the head cover of allocating cavity, and side sucking wire pipes equipped around the cavity allocating tobacco shreds. The cavity allocating tobacco shreds is also equipped with a rotary pan collection tobacco shreds, the central axle of which is coaxial with that of the cavity allocating tobacco shreds. The rotary pan collection tobacco wire is provided with a scraper and is sealed with a slope of socket by the flexible seal. A spherical crown shaped distributor for tobacco shreds is equipped under the cavity allocating tobacco shreds and above the pan collecting tobacco shreds. The central axle of the distributor for tobacco shreds is coaxial with that of the cavity allocating tobacco shreds. The central axles of the pan collecting tobacco shreds and the distributor for tobacco shreds are separately connected to the output shafts of a low-speed motor and its retarder, a high speed motor and its retarder. The motor and its retarder are is installed on the socket of the cavity allocating tobacco shreds, and the base is equipped on a machine frame. The device can cause the tobacco shreds component no hierarchic, causes devices no plugging, makes the feeding tobacco shreds continuous, and make little scraps of tobacco shreds, so it raises the quality of finished cigarettes.
