Abstract:
    The practical new-type invention discloses a side-feeding wire feeder to be equipped with two speed reducing motor on a machine frame. One of the speed reducing motors drives a dispenser for tobacco shreds to roll through its rotary shaft. The dispenser for tobacco shreds comprises two frustums with identical cone angles to form a structure of double layers frustum. The surface of the lower frustum is provided with several baffles to form several cells. Another speed reducing motor drives a switch-plate equipped on the dispenser for tobacco shreds to roll through its propeller shaft. The machine frame is also provided with a bonnet with a tobacco shreds inlet on its upper end, and several feeding ports on its side, and the feeding ports are separately connected to ports sucking tobacco shreds of the cigarette machine. The practical new-type invention is provided with features such as stable running, non vibration and non blinding, to reduce the friction between the tobacco shreds and the inner wall of the machine and protects the good structure of the finished tobacco shreds to decrease the repeated scraps of tobacco shreds. By testing, this new utility model may cause the repeated scraps of tobacco shreds to reduce more than 1%.
