It is characterized in that the cigarette tongue (5) is mounted with an ultrasonic transducer (6) which is connected with the ultrasonic power supply (9). The ultrasonic vibration reduces the resistance of pressing forming device towards the tobacco shred current (1), decreasing the quantity of hollow-head cigarettes and the standard deviation of weights of cigarettes.
