Abstract:
     The regulating method for bobbin paper brake of tobacco rolling connection unit includes the following steps: 1. making one 15 mm diameter mandrel and two weight blocks of 459g and 918g separately; 2. releasing the elasticity of all the springs completely and regulating the eccentric lining to correct position; 3. hanging the mandrel onto to the turning roller I and shifting the oscillating roller to the mandrel to homogenize the interval between the brake piece and the brake disc and make the brake piece just separate from the brake disc, screwing in the clamping screw, and taking down the mandrel; 4. using the 459g weight block to make the brake piece just separate from the brake disc; 5 using the 918g weight block to make the brake piece just separate from the brake disc; and 6. regulating the other brake similarly. The present invention facilitates the regulation, and has high regulation precision and reliability and raised apparatus reliability.
