Abstract:
    A flexible tobacco shred distribution facility, which belongs to the technical scope of tobacco machinery. Round platform distribution disc is set below the plane shred distribution disc with coned top; the shred collecting groove, bracket of the distribution disc, push rod, decelerator for the electromotor of the distribution disc that drives the rotation of the distribution disc and the electromotor and shred collecting groove of the distribution disc are all installed on the machine stand; the round platform distribution disc is fixed at the bracket of the distribution disc; the generating line of the push rod that is around the round platform of the distribution disc is evenly distributed on the distribution disc; hollow driving axis in the electromotor decelerator of the distribution disc is connected to the bracket of the distribution disc; the driving axis for the electromotor decelerator of the shred distribution disc passes through the hollow driving axis. This new utility model, with compact and feasible structure, has the advantages of: easy to be manufactured, high quality for shred distribution, lower broken rate of tobacco shred and no escape of dust. The shred suction opening in the model can suck both the long and short tobacco shreds, thus ensuring unified ratio of long and short shred in the finished tobacco and improving the efficiency of the cigarette making machine.
