Abstract:
    The present invention provides a method for measuring pneumatic handled tobacco shreds in pneumatic handling pipeline interior of cigarette-making machine and its pneumatic handling tobacco shreds microwave metering control apparatus. Said invention adopts microwave measurement technology, and utilizes X-waveband or K-waveband microwave to measure speed and quantity of pneumatic handling tobacco shreds in the pneumatic handling pipeline, and can make the measured parameters be transferred to special-purpose computer to make treatment, and the measured parameters of speed and quantity can be displayed. According to the measured parameters said computer can output correspondent control signal to control the pneumatic feeding speed and quantity. Said microwave metering control apparatus is composed of microwave sensor, special-purpose computer, data communication module, pneumatic handling valve opening control module, pneumatic handling valve speed control module and keyboard display.
