Abstract:
     An improved power supply circuit for the filament of vacuum fluorescent display tube features that the AC output of switching power supply goes through an LC circuit to the positive terminal of filament and its negative terminal is connected via a serial capacitor to filament on-off controller. Said LC circuit and capacitor form a resonant AC coupling and the electric isolation to other circuit, so omitting DC/AC converter and simplifying power supply circuit.
