| A circuit for DC fluorescent lamp is composed of DC fluorescent tube, DC ballast and DC starter. The DC ballast is used for providing the fluorescent tube with working DC voltage from 220 V AC. The DC starter is used for starting the work of fluorescent tube. When the DC fluorescent tube is working, the filament in anode is in idle state. The two electrodes of new fluorescent tube are alternatively used as cathode, so elongating its service life by one fold. The DC ballast and starter have simple structure and excellent performance with fewer electronic elements. | |||
